昨年5月に公布された「流通業務の総合化及び効率化の促進に関する法律及び貨物自動車運送事業法の一部を改正する法律」（令和６年法律第23号）が令和7年4月1日に一部施行され、「物資の流通の効率化に関する法律」（平成17年法律第85号。以下「新物効法」という。）に基づき、全ての荷主に対し物流効率化に取り組む努力義務が課されることとなります。
つきましては、2月中に公布予定の判断基準省令等を踏まえ、新物効法に基づき荷主に対応が求められる具体的な事項について、荷主業界団体及び荷主事業者を対象に、下記のとおりオンライン説明会を開催いたします。出席を希望される場合は、登録フォームから参加登録をお願いいたします。
【開催要領】
１．日時 令和７年２月28日（金）１４時００分～
（所要時間は、質疑を入れて概ね１時間程度を予定しております。）
※ 後日、国土交通省・経済産業省・農林水産省の各webサイトに説明会の動画を掲載する予定です。
２．実施方式
WEB会議方式（Microsoft Teams）で実施することとし、登録いただいた参加予定者宛てに会議URLを通知いたします。

荷主業界団体及び荷主事業者の担当者
※ 登録は１団体・事業者につき、５名まで
※ 自らの事業に関して継続的にトラック事業者との間で運送契約を締結し、又は貨物の受渡しを行っている事業者（公的組織を含む。）は荷主に該当し得ます。
