厚生労働省は、このたび、「社会保険適用拡大特設サイト」をリニューアルし、社会保険（厚生年金保険や健康保険といった被用者保険）の適用拡大について分かりやすく説明するための実践的なコンテンツを公開しました。今回追加した新たなコンテンツは、人事・労務管理者向けの手引きや従業員向けのチラシ、解説動画など、社会保険適用拡大のメリットを事業主や従業員が実感できるような内容です。これらのコンテンツを制作するにあたっては、広報実務の専門家、雇用の現場に詳しい実務家などのアドバイスを得ながら、複数の先行企業における具体的な好事例をヒアリングし、制作しました。厚生労働省は、今回リニューアルした「社会保険適用拡大特設サイト」を活用して、社会保険への理解をさらに深めていきます。
